In 2026, I’m choosing restoration over overextension, formation over performance, and wholeness over hustle. Here, I share monthly reflections, prayers, and teachings for women who are healing honestly and becoming whole—without pressure.

Church Girl, Heal was created for the woman who looks strong on the outside but carries pain quietly on the inside. She loves God. She serves faithfully. And somewhere along the way, she learned how to endure without being seen.
This is the space where performance ends and healing begins — without pressure, without pretending, and without spiritual bypassing.

Meet Dr. Brenda Mouzon
For more than 30 years, I have walked the path of faith as a Christian woman, pastor’s wife, educator, author, and spiritual guide. I know what it feels like to love God deeply while quietly carrying responsibilities, expectations, and pain that few people see.
Church Girl, Heal was created as a safe place for women who are faithful but tired, women who want emotional honesty, spiritual maturity, and healing without pretending.
Through teaching, writing, and guided conversations, I help women learn how to walk with God while also tending to their hearts, boundaries, and wholeness.
You do not have to bleed in silence anymore.

If God didn’t say it,
we are not doing that.
For too long, many Christian women have carried expectations that God never required. Silence. Pretending everything is fine. Enduring pain alone. Performing strength while bleeding inside.
Church Girl, Heal is about laying those burdens down and returning to truth. We pursue healing, emotional honesty, spiritual maturity, and freedom to live the life God actually called us to live.
Faith does not require silence.
Strength does not require suffering alone.
We are not doing that.
